Advertiser questions
How can I pay for my ads?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club credit and debit cards. AdsPayment.com will appear on your bank statement. Sorry, we do not accept PayPal (or other 3rd-party processors) at this time, however, you may use your PayPal credit/debit cards instead.

However, from time to time, you may receive inquiries from high-budget advertisers requesting PayPal or wire instructions for large deposits. For deposits over $1,000.00, please create a support ticket and we will provide instructions for bank wire.

What is the minimum deposit?

The minimum daily budget is $10/day for a minimum of 3 days, so the minimum deposit is $30.00

While on the Bid and Budget Tab, you will find the Required PPC Budget and Optional CPA Budget. Your minimum deposit is calculated based on 3 days of your daily budget. If you are using both CPA and CPC, your daily budget will be a combination of both.

Here are some examples:

A CPC Only Campaign with the minimum settings of $0.10 PPC Bid and the minimum $10 PPC daily budget would require a deposit of $30 for ads to run.

A CPC/CPA Campaign with the minimum settings of $0.10 PPC Bid, the minimum $10 PPC daily budget, a $2.50 CPA Bid and a $2.50 CPA Daily Budget would require a deposit of $37.50 for ads to run

What if I do not spend my entire deposit?

All unused deposit proceeds are 100% guaranteed and refundable for 30 days from the date of the deposit, otherwise you may use any remaining ad credit on future campaigns for up to 1 year.

What happens when by deposit balance runs low?

If you leave your ad campaigns running actively, your deposit will be automatically re-filled to your chosen rolling deposit level until you pause or cancel your campaign(s). As a courtesy, we will notify you when your account balance runs low and allow you 48 hours to give you plenty of time to pause or cancel your ad campaigns before your deposit is re-filled.

How do I stop my deposit from being automatically re-filled?

Simply pause or cancel your ad campaign from actively running. As a courtesy, we will email you 48 hours before your deposit is refilled to give you plenty of time to pause or cancel your ad campaign(s). Of course, you can pause or cancel your campaign(s) at any time before that as well.

How can I change my rolling deposit level?

You can change your deposit level at any time by going to Payments -> Deposit Funds and selecting a new level.

Where can I see my deposits and billing history?

Goto Payments -> Billing History and click on Deposits or Invoices

How do I optimize my ad campaign?

Because we work with over 1,000 publishers, our system automatically optimizes your campaign based on Click-Thru Rate (CTR) and Conversion (CVR) results (if pixel is installed with CPA bid).

What exactly is a Conversion or Action?

A conversion (or action) should be the initial goal of your sales funnel, typically obtaining a prospect’s information or free sign up. A conversion/action could also be a purchase, but not recommended, because prospects rarely purchase right away. Your initial goal of a smart ad campaign should be to initiate a relationship with your prospect rather than securing a sale.

What is a Conversion Pixel?

A conversion pixel is a 1×1 invisible image tag that you should place on your “Thank you” page after a prospect subscribes or signs up. You can find the proper pixel code to use on your Bids and Budget page at the end of your campaign creation wizard.

I want to do a CPA Campaign, why am I required to set a PPC Budget?

The CPC bid will be used to test your ads effectiveness on new placements. Our technology uses it’s own intelligence scoring algorithm to test the performance of ads in various placements. Based on this score, our network automatically slows ad placements that are not performing and scales up placements that show higher response rates and interest in your ads.

The CPA bid will be used to automatically scale up the bid(s) and budgets for your campaign in the placements where you receive most results in the way of conversions (or actions). Rest assured, you will never be double-billed for both CPA and PPC bids. At the point of each conversion/action, you will automatically receive full credit for any previously paid clicks to that placement in the current period up to the amount of your CPA bid.

Why should I bid both PPC and CPA? .. isn't just PPC cheaper than both?

Maybe cheaper per click, but not cheaper per conversion. Your bidding strategy should encompass both PPC and CPA bids for best results. Our system uses artificial intelligence to test your ads with PPC bids, but then looks for placements with the highest CPA conversions. When you set both bids, our system will test different placements and reward the publishers where the CPA conversion happened. In return, the publisher will automatically reward you with more traffic from the same location you received a conversion.

Doesn't that mean I will be getting double-billed for clicks and conversions?

No. Rest assured, you will never be double-billed for both CPA and PPC bids. At the point of each conversion/action, you will automatically receive a rebate for any previously paid clicks to that placement in the current period up to the amount of your CPA bid.

What is the best bidding strategy using our system?

Bid low enough PPC per click to get adequate impressions to test, and high CPA to reward publishers for each conversion. For example, instead of bidding $1.00 per click, try $0.20 per click and $5.00 per CPA. Just don’t forget to place the conversion pixel to automatically optimize your campaign. Publishers will reward the most traffic to the advertisers with the highest effective eCPM from all PPC and CPA earnings.

What banner sizes are accepted?

Our advertisers can select from 3 Standard sizes or websites and one mobile size:

  • Leaderboard 728 x 90
  • Medium Rectangle 300 x 250
  • Large Skyscraper 160 x 600
  • Mobile 300 x 50

Can you pay me on a CPM basis (ie cost per 1000 impressions)?

Unfortunately, publishers can load up pages with too many ads and place blocks very low on a page where advertisers would never get much attention. This is why most advertisers prefer to bid per click to ensure they at least receive a real human visitor to their website for their bid price. However, our network uses artificial intelligence to match your website with the highest paying ads per 1000 impressions (known as eCPM) based on Click-Thru Rate (CTR), advertiser bid pricing and resulting conversion data.

How do I increase earnings from my website(s)?

Our system automatically learns which ads respond best to your audience and produce the highest earnings for you. However, you can increase your earnings by placing the ad block “above the fold” in an area where ads will receive the most attention. However, you may NOT overlay ads over any video or other website content.

How do I receive more relevant ads to my website content?

Our network uses artificial intelligence to match your website with the highest paying ads per 1000 impressions (known as eCPM) based on Click-Thru Rate (CTR), advertiser bid pricing and resulting conversion data. To accomplish this, during your zone’s learning curve, our system will test ads within your chosen market vertical, related market verticals, or related demographics and other methods. Due to the nature of this optimization method, you will likely see ads on your website that may appear irrelevant to your chosen market vertical, especially while our system is testing various ads to maximize your effective CPM yield. Please do not be alarmed as this is perfectly normal behaviour for our system as it tries to find the ads that attract the highest yields for your website.

What if I see ads that I do not want on my website?

If for any reason you see an ad that is inappropriate for your website’s audiences, you can block it using the “Report Ad” link underneath the ad zone on your website once it appears. Please note that you must be logged in to your publisher account on the same computer in order to see the “Report Ad” link underneath your ads.

What is the Alternative Ads Iframe option on the targeting page?

In the event there are no paid ads available targeting visitors from their country of origin, our system can show an Alternative IFRAME in the exact dimensions of your chosen zone size. Simply create an small html page that will show alternative ads on your server in the proper dimensions of your ad zone and provide us the URL to that page.

What happens if I click on ads from my own website?

Do not click on any ads yourself. If you do, the system may filter out self-clicks, but will flag your account for investigation if it happens more than once or twice. Also, you may not ask or incentivize others to click on your ads either.

Can I send paid traffic to my pages?

Only if traffic arrives to your page knowingly and voluntarily. If someone clicked on an ad or other link to knowingly arrive at your page, then that is fine. Traffic which is blind, forced or involuntary, such as popups, popunders, interstitials (ie adfly) is a violation of our terms and earnings from this type of traffic are subject to forfeiture.

Are frames or proxy use allowed?

Ads that are served using frames, scripts, proxies, VPNs, TORs, anonymity networks, hosting accounts or any other method used to obfuscate the source of your traffic are a violation of our terms, and may be filtered, reversed or subject to termination. All traffic/referral sources must be verifiable to protect our advertisers against invalid clicks and/or fraud. Proxy websites you may own are allowed as long as the ads and subsequent clicks occur in front of your firewall.
